1. Shipping & Logistics (Where is my order?)

  • How long will it take to receive my package? Our delivery timeline consists of two parts:

    • Processing Time: 5 business days (Order verification, quality check, and packaging).

    • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (Standard Shipping to the US/CA).

    • Note: Total estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

    Shipping Costs & Methods

    • Standard Shipping:$15 for US & Canada and $12 for rest of the world.
    • Express Shipping: $29 (Only availablefor US & Canada)
    • Carriers:We partner with leading global logistics providers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
  • How do I track my shipment? As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your parcel on our [Tracking Page] or via 17Track/AfterShip using the provided code.

  • Where do you ship from? Our products are dispatched directly from our specialized fulfillment center in Guangzhou, China, allowing us to offer the latest lighting designs at competitive prices.


2. Returns & Refunds (Your Protection)

  • What if I change my mind? (30-Day Return) We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • What if the product arrives damaged? We take full responsibility for shipping damage. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide photos of the damage to [service@noctigarden.com] so we can send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, Noctigarden will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the style"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.


3. Product & Technical (Noctigarden Quality)

  • Are these lights safe for extreme weather? Yes. Our Wall Washers and Lawn Spike Lights are rated IP65 or higher. This means they are completely dust-tight and protected against water jets, making them safe for heavy rain, snow, and irrigation systems.

  • What kind of batteries do the Table Lamps use? Our Landscape Accent Table Lamps feature built-in high-capacity Lithium-ion batteries (typically 4000mAh+). They are rechargeable via an included USB-C cable. On a full charge, they provide 8–12 hours of ambient light.

  • Are the LEDs replaceable? Our fixtures use integrated high-efficiency LED chips designed to last for 50,000 hours (approximately 10 years of nightly use). Because they are sealed for waterproofing, the individual chips are not replaceable, but the entire unit is covered under our quality guarantee.

  • We provide a secure and reliable payment environment, supporting PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), ensuring a convenient and worry-free shopping experience.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? Yes. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and financial information. We never store your credit card details on our servers; payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
