These Terms govern the sale of goods from our warehouse in Guangzhou to your designated international delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or past payment disputes.

2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & USAGE

• Technical Accuracy: We strive to provide precise Kelvin (color temperature), IP ratings (waterproofing), and battery capacities for our lights. However, slight variations may occur during the manufacturing process.

• Safe Installation: While our portable table lamps are "plug-and-play," our Wall Washer Lights may require professional electrical installation. Noctigarden is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from improper DIY installation or failure to follow local electrical codes.

3. ORDERING & PRICING TRANSPARENCY

• Price Adjustments: Prices for Noctigarden products are subject to change without notice to reflect fluctuations in raw material costs or international logistics rates.

• Order Verification: Due to the high value of certain lighting fixtures, we may require additional identity verification for large orders. If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout (service@noctigarden.com).

4. LOGISTICS & TITLE TRANSFER

• Calculated Shipping: Shipping fees are not included in the base product price and will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

• Customs & Duties: As our products are shipped from Guangzhou, China, you are considered the "Importer of Record." Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the international carrier.

5. WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Noctigarden warrants that products will be free from functional defects at the time of delivery.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

• We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as the cost of hiring a contractor to install or remove a faulty light, or "loss of enjoyment" of your garden space.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The "Noctigarden" brand, our product photography, and our specific lighting designs are the exclusive property of Guangzhou Mingyin Trading Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use of our brand assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
