At Noctigarden, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor lighting. We understand that sometimes a light might not fit your landscape vision as perfectly as you imagined. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring your garden renovation remains stress-free.
1. The 30-Day Evaluation Period
You have 30 days from the date your tracking number shows "Delivered" to decide if your new lighting is right for you. If you wish to initiate a return within this window, please email us at service@noctigarden.com.
2. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, the items (whether it's a Wall Washer, Table Lamp, or Spike Light) must meet the following criteria:

The product must be in original, unused condition.

All original packaging, including internal foam and manuals, must be intact.

For safety and hygiene, any light that has been modified, hardwired into your home’s electrical grid, or shows signs of outdoor wear (dirt, scratches on the casing) cannot be returned.
3. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Send an email to service@noctigarden.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the item in its current condition.

Review: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

The Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the shipping label. We utilize a specific returns processing warehouse. We will provide the correct return address once your request is authorized.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the incorrect model, Noctigarden will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.

Your Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart, style preference, or ordering the wrong size/spec, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any non-refundable customs duties paid during the original import.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse:

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 7 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card company may take an additional few days to reflect the balance on your statement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Light fixtures are delicate. If your order arrives with broken glass or a faulty LED, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind immediately after ordering, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order has been processed and dispatched from our Guangzhou facility, we cannot cancel the shipment, and the standard return process will apply.
