1. The Delivery Timeline
Your total wait time is calculated as follows:

Processing Time (5 Business Days): Every order undergoes a 5-day cycle where we test the circuitry, inspect the waterproofing seals, and pack the fixtures in shock-resistant materials.

Shipping Time: This is the transit time from our fulfillment center in Guangzhou to your country. Please note that transit times do not include weekends or local public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Illumination
Once your Noctigarden order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Unique Tracking Number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at service@noctigarden.com so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As Noctigarden (Guangzhou Mingyin Trading Co., Ltd.) ships internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once the package reaches your country.

Responsibility: These fees are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Collection: We do not collect these fees at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
6. Address Accuracy
We ship to the address provided during checkout. Noctigarden is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
